Hatha Yoga

"Hatha-Yoga: the most practiced yoga in the West

Hatha-Yoga or Hathayoga is a Sanskrit term. This type of yoga, through the precise and rhythmic practice of postures, allows the practitioner to master the body and the senses. It finds its origin in ancient texts, the yoga sutras of Patanjali.

Hatha-Yoga is a sequence of very simple or more complicated postures (asanas in Sanskrit).

Hatha-Yoga being a discipline that is for everyone, there are different levels depending on whether you are a beginner or more experienced in the discipline. We associate breath control (pranayama) and concentration. "Ooreka

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

A Hatha Yoga Au Coeur Du Monde course is made up of 4 phases, the first is an accompaniment to meditation I invite you to connect to yourself through sounds, breaths (pranayama)

The second phase concerns the practice of asanas (postures) chosen according to the theme of the day. I always work with a theme (self-confidence, altruism, healing of the heart, back problems ...)

The third phase is relaxation in Shavasana which can be done in silence, with music or with Tibetan bowls / drums and other instruments.

The fourth phase is the thank you and gratitude phase and is usually led by a short guided 2 minute meditation.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Meditative dance

Meditative dance is simply an active meditation that uses the power of gestures and movement on lively music. The goal is to raise the Kundalini energy (an energy lodged like a snake at the level of our perineum). This very powerful energy gives us a new perspective on the world around us. The movements are inspired by African and Indian dances. This practice brings a deep development in joy, laughter, the real. It is an intense practice that releases endorphins and invites us towards an energy that unites us all. Meditative dance is above all a practice that helps us express ourselves and quickly give us self-confidence. The session is done with eyes closed or in a very dark light so as not to be embarrassed by the gaze of others and to be closer to oneself. Each dance, as always with me, works with a specific theme that we can choose together.

The session ends with a guided meditation and a Tibetan bowl cleanse.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga: untie the energy knots

Kundalini yoga was born in India millennia ago, it is considered the source of Yoga. Today it is recognized for its many benefits because it is a Yoga which takes into account man as a whole. Indeed the energy of the Kundalini is a very powerful energy, often imagined as a sleepy snake in your perineum (for more info: https://www.aucoeurdumonde.org/post/la-kundalini) This Yoga uses energy techniques and deeply uses each chakra through very simple postures, mantras and precise breathing exercises. This practice is complete because it mixes everything together simultaneously. It is also called energy Yoga since the notion of energy is essential to the understanding of this path.

Yin Yoga

Yoga Cushion! Bring your pillow

Yin yoga is gentle yoga. The practice focuses on connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, joints and even cartilage. To practice Yin yoga, you have to stay calm and move as little as possible. The idea is to hold the postures for a long time, because the connective tissues of the body respond better to gentle tension applied over the long term. It promotes relaxation and flexibility. It is restorative Yoga done in music.

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga to prepare well for pregnancy!

Prenatal Yoga is a yoga specially for pregnant women (welcome companion). The practice focuses on the needs of creating space in the belly while preserving the perineum. It is above all a very gentle and regenerating practice which allows a better listening of the body, its breathing and its changes. Everything is designed to best support pregnant women and those close to them. A real moment of sweetness and connection with the baby.
